Q: What is the best way to get started with Young Living Essential oils (YLEO)?
A: For the most bang for your buck, hands down the Premium starter kit.
Q: How do you use essential oils?
A: topically, internally, and diffusing!
Q: How long do the bottles last?
A: Well, that depends how often you use them! the 5ml bottles (which come in the starter kit) have ~80 drops in them and the 15ml have ~250 drops. I bought my kit over a year ago and I replaced some (THIEVES!) very quickly and others I still have!
Q: If I only pick one oil to start with, which one would you recommend?
A: Thieves, thieves, thieves for sure. Though I can't imagine life with just one oil, thieves is definitely a good place to start.
